Welcome to Institute of Sales Excellence Learning Management System ("ISE LMS", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). ISE LMS is an online learning management system that provides:

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Restrictions

4. Course Enrollment and Access

4.1 Enrollment

4.2 Access Period

Access to course content is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. For batch-based programs, access is typically aligned with the batch schedule. Some content may be available for a limited time after course completion.

4.3 Certificates

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements, including minimum attendance, quiz scores, and completion of mandatory lessons. Certificates are for personal use and verification purposes only.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share, distribute, or reproduce course content without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in any form of cheating or academic dishonesty
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, software, and course materials, is owned by ISE LMS or our content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISE LMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISE LMS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
